SOT Parent Nomination
As part of the reorganization of the Clark County School District, our school has a School Organizational Team that includes 3 parents and guardians. Members will be elected by a vote of all parents and guardians at the school. Your input is important to the success of our school and students. Please take time to consider how you can be involved in this process and make your voice heard at our school!
Assembly Bill 195 (AB 195)
Assembly Bill 195 (AB 195) revises provisions relating to pupils who are English learners. Approved by Governor Steve Sisolak on June 2, 2021, AB 195 extends the rights of English learner pupils and parental rights. Pre-K Information
If you are interested in having your three or four year old enrolled as a typical peer in one of our Special Education Early Childhood programs, please reach out to CCSD's Early Childhood Department directly using the link below. Pre-K enrollment has changed and is done ONLY through the Early Childhood Department. Glen Taylor is unable to take requests and/or hold spots for Pre-K students.

COSA Information
For students who do not live in GT zone and would like to join us for the 2024-25 school year you must apply for a COSA using this link: https://itsyourchoice.ccsd.net/change-of-school-assignment/
More information you will need to know about COSA

Once the student is enrolled through a COSA, the school becomes the student’s home school of record and the student must remain at the school for one school year.

Once a student is enrolled through a COSA, he/she does not need to reapply each year unless he/she decides to apply for another school with available space.

Families must carefully read the Agreement of Understanding prior to finalizing the application.

Parent Volunteers
Parent Volunteers are invited back on Glen Taylor’s campus. You must have CCSD badging (see the following link for badging: Instructions for badging use below link: http://ccsd.net/community/protect-our-kids) and follow the GT Volunteer & Visitor Guidelines. All volunteers who have a badge will be required to watch videos on campus.
Please schedule with the office when they can expect you to ensure they will have videos available. The office can be reached at 702-799-6892.
Safety Information
CCSD places a high priority on protecting the safety of our students and employees. In emergency situations, if everyone knows what to do, all involved can Stay Calm and Stay Safe. The letter below will inform you of how you and your child can stay safe in an emergency.
